This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to refund Rs. 20,000/- which has been deposited by the petitioner as tuition fee for the year 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 and also refund Rs. 7,000/- which has been deposited by the petitioners as examination fee for the 1st and 7th Semester i.e. total Rs. 27,000/- to the petitioners.
This petition is of the year 2017 and it appears that by passage of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the present writ petition.
The present writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
