JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel contends that the case of the petitioner is identical with that of appellants in Special Appeal (Defective) No.642/10, Suryapal Singh & othrs v. State of U.P. and others. It has been pointed out that vide orders Annexure-7 collectively and Annexure-8 order of termination without affording an opportunity of hearing has been stayed.
Government counsel puts in appearance for the respondents.
It is provided that status quo would be maintained till the next date of listing.
