1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
2. By means of present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondents to release his pension under Old Pension Scheme by calculating his services rendered prior to the date of his regularisation.
3. In this regard it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has moved representation to the respondents but no action has been taken till date. He submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently redressed in case, suitable directions are issued to respondent no. 3 - Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil - Karhal, District - Mainpuri to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2021, expeditiously.
4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case suitable directions are issued to the respondents to consider and decide petitioner's representation.
5. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, present writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 - Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil - Karhal, District - Mainpuri to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2021 (Annexure-4 to the writ petition), expeditiously, say within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
6. With above directions the writ petition stands disposed of.
