Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.1.2018 passed in Writ-A No.1731 of 2018 filed by the applicant wherein the Court directed as under:-
"In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the second respondent i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Firozabad to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before them after taking comments from the Committee of Management as well as Principal of the institution in question."
In the present case, the writ court order has been passed in the month of January, 2018. Now, after a long span of time, the applicant has turned up in contempt proceeding with the prayer that the order of the writ court has not been complied with. The Court is not at all aware of the situation on the spot and as such, at this belated stage, no interference in contempt proceeding can be made. However, it is always open for the applicant to press his grievance before the appropriate forum.
With these observations, the Contempt Application is disposed of.
