Order on Short Term (Parole) Bail Application No. 6 of 2019 Heard Sri Dharmendra Dhar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajesh Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State.
This is the short term (parole) bail prayer on behalf of the accused- applicant Kamal Kumar in case crime no.380 of 2016 (S.T. No. 888 of 2016), u/s 302/34 IPC, Police Station Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad.
The contention of the counsel for the applicant is that the father of the applicant was expired on 21.05.2019, copy of the death certificate and death ceremony card of the father (deceased) of the applicant is annexed as annexure no.2 to the short term bail application.
In view of the aforesaid the the applicant Kamal Kumar is granted short term bail/parole for a ten days starting from 01.06.2019. Accused- applicant shall be released on short term bail/parole on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.50 thousand with two sureties each of Rs.50 thousand in the like amount to the trial court concerned on the said date.
Accused-applicant is directed to surrender before trial court on 13.06.2019.
The said appeal shall come up for orders on 08.07.2019 peremptorily.
Let a certified copy of this order be provided to the counsel for the applicant, today itself.
