JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 and 2. Issue notice to opposite party no. 3, returnable at an early date. Parties shall appear in person on the next date of listing. List on 19.7.2010.
Till the next date of listing, the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 250 of 2010, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Saadat Gunj, District-Lucknow, subject to deposit of Rs. 5000/- within a week from today in this Court.
