Heard Sri S.K.Tyagi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K.Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned AGA has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the prayer made in the writ petition but the learned counsel for the petitioners could not waive out the preliminary objection raised by the learned AGA.
Accordingly, the prayer made in the writ petition is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, it will be open for the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy available under law before the appropriate forum.
