The present writ petitioner has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to decide the application of petitioner as the same is pending before them since 28.9.2018 and it is further prayed that the respondent no. 3 may also be directed to comply with the order dated 16.9.2017 passed by learned court below.
After the matter has been heard, learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly conceded that the relief as sought in the present writ petition cannot be granted by this Court and she seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petitioner with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for an appropriate remedy.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum before at the appropriate stage.
