JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for parties and perused the record.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the impugned judgment & order dated 19.6.2010, passed by Opposite Party No. 1 in C. M. (N.C.) No. 66 of 2010, Kamal Khan vs. Usman Khan & others, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition, by which application of the petitioner under Rule 13 of General Rules (Civil) has been rejected by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sitapur vide order dated 19.6.2010.
Since the courts are going to re-open w.e.f. 1st July, 2010 after summer vacation, no interference is required by this Court.
Writ Petition is dismissed.
