Kamal Kant Sejwal vs Chaudhari Charan Singh ...

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|01 December, 2014

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri S. Tandon, holding brief of Sri Anurag Khanna, learned counsel for the respondent, on the basis of the instructions received, submits that the candidature of the petitioner was shown at Sl. No. 427 in General list and at Sl. No.171 of the OBC list, whereas, only 50 seats is available in the college, therefore, petitioner could not be offered admission. There is nothing on record to show that any student, with lower merit, has been admitted.
Considering the above, this court finds that the action of the respondent is not illegal or arbitrary, in any manner, so as to warrant interference of this court, and consequently, writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
