By means of this writ petition, the petitioner is claiming protection from his wife, son and daughter.
In case, there is any danger to petitioner's life from the aforesaid relatives, the petitioner can lodge an F.I.R. No relief under the writ jurisdiction can be granted.
The writ petition is totally frivolous in nature and is, accordingly, dismissed.
