Heard both sides.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed by the trial Court is set aside on condition of the petitioners paying costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the respondents/defendants within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The trial Court shall fix the date for examination of PW-1 and proceed with the trial.
The civil revision petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
