JUDGMENT / ORDER

In continuation with order dated 22.5.2012 passed by this Court and requirement of the undertrial prisoner for the medical treatment of his daughter under blood transfusion certified by the in-charge of Sharda Clinic and Hospital, time to surrender and/or report to jail authority is hereby extended for a period of 10 (ten) days from today and no further extension will be granted on the same ground and the applicant-undertrial prisoner shall report to jail authority in time. The application is allowed accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
