This application has been preferred for seeking extension of temporary bail for a period of 30 days.
The applicant is an accused in connection with F.I.R. being I-C.R. No.32/2011 registered with Khokhra Police Station, who has been enlarged on temporary bail for a period of 10 days by virtue of an order dated 04/07/2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.9530 of 2012 [Coram : J.C Upadhyaya, J.}.
The certificate is indicative that the surgery could not take place earlier as the blood-sugar of the wife of the applicant-accused was very high and after controlling the same, the surgery is rescheduled on 21/07/2012.
On consideration of the submissions made by the party-in-person and also those made by the learned APP, this application is being partly allowed. The applicant-accused is allowed extension of temporary bail for a period of one week commencing from 19th July, 2012 on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the jail authority on condition that upon expiry of the temporary bail, the applicant shall immediately surrender to the concerned jail authority, without fail.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
