Mr.Majmudar, learned advocate has appeared for petitioners and Mr.Vishal C. Mehta, learned advocate has appeared and submitted that he has instruction to appear on behalf of private respondents. Ms.Raval, learned APP has appeared for respondent No.1.
The learned counsel for petitioners and private respondents have relied on the documents at Annexure-C and Annexure-D and it is claimed that the dispute being private dispute in nature, is settled. Therefore, parties jointly request to quash the FIR.
Hence, Rule. At the time of final hearing of the matter the Court will consider the option of requiring the petitioners and the private respondents to pay appropriate amount towards cost.
