List the petition on 16th July 2010 along with the record of Writ Petition No. 5815 (MB) of 2010.
Meanwhile, issue notice to opposite party no. 4 returnable by said date.
Till next listing, it is directed that petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 352 of 2010 under Section 363, 366 & 120-B IPC of Police Station Thakurganj, district Lucknow subject to cooperation by the petitioners in the investigation, which shall go on.
