As pointed out in the office note dated 23.11.2012, the mistake of recording the wrong date of admission of the Second Appeal has been crept in the order dated 18.10.2012.

The correction, therefore, as regards the date of order of admission of the Second Appeal in order dated 18.10.2012 as pointed out in the office note shall be made and the corrected order shall be issued.
