JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice and notice as to interim relief returnable on 24.1.2013. In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 15(B) is granted on condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.50,000/- before the trial Court within two months from today. It is clarified that if such amount will not be deposited, the ad-interim relief will stand vacated automatically. Direct service is permitted.
