The sole prayer of the petitioners is that the Case bearing No.REV/44/1996-1997, Computerized Case No.R199702070010625 (Radha J.H. School Vs. Radha Raman) may be decided expeditiously.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Case bearing No.REV/44/1996-1997, Computerized Case No.R199702070010625 (Radha J.H. School Vs. Radha Raman), be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the petitioners' counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
