Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.B. Yadav, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
The petitioner was suspended on 3 August 2018 consequent to his arrest and detention in a criminal case. Since he remained in custody for a period of more than 48 hours, the order of suspension was passed.
Sri Singh, learned counsel has submitted that the petitioner has now been enlarged on bail on 9 October 2018 and consequently his prayer for revocation of the order of suspension would merit consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that this claim of revocation shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the second respondent in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order alongwith the copy of the writ petition and its enclosures.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of.
