The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Recall Application dated 11.10.2017 which was filed by the petitioner for recalling the order dated 19.10.2016 was not being decided and therefore, he prayed that the Recall Application be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Recall Application dated 11.10.2017 be decided by the Tehsildar, Baghpat within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
