JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented across the Bar, both by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, as well the learned counsel for the respondents that the keys of the school were handed over to the Inspector, Wakf Board, Ramanathapuram, who has taken possession of the school. Further, the dispute between the two groups are resolved or existing is unknown, and this Court is not in a position to go into the nature of the disputes, prevailing between the two groups in this writ petition. However, the school's lock and keys have already been handed over to the Inspector, Wakf Board, who is in-charge at present.
2. All the grounds raised in the writ petition, left open to the respective parties to submit before the competent authorities in order to redress their grievances and the other grounds raised in this writ petition require no further consideration.
3. With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
