RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pending the writ petition, the Union of India passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner. The learned counsel seeks liberty to question the said order.
In view of the said reason, this writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to question the order of rejection, if any, passed by the Union of India. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
