The applicants seek direction to dispose of the representation of the applicants within prescribed time limit. The applicants had previously approached this Court by filing Special Civil Application No.10554/2008 which petition was disposed of. It was provided that if the petitioners filed an application before the Government within two weeks, it would be open for the competent authority to consider whether regularization can be granted on payment of necessary charges.
Even in the main petition, no direction was granted to consider and decide such application. Question of doing so now after so many years even other-wise does not arise.
Application is dismissed.
