The complainant of the case leading to registration of Sessions Trial No.4906/9 of 2018, has preferred the instant petition praying for a direction to the trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that till date, the accused has not appeared and bailable warrant has been issued against him.
Having regard to the fact that the case is of the year 2018, it is hereby directed that the trial court shall adopt all means to secure the presence of the accused and take appropriate measures so that the trial is concluded expeditiously.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
