Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case/Suit No. 41/48/85/115/606 of 2012 (Kalui Devi Vs. Ram Narayan), under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending before Naib Tehsildar Pratappur, Tehsil-Handia, District- Allahabad, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case/Suit No. 41/48/85/115/606 of 2012 (Kalui Devi Vs. Ram Narayan), under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending before Naib Tehsildar Pratappur, Tehsil-Handia, District-Allahabad, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
