JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. The applicants, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this court with the prayer that their bail application in case crime no. 304 of 2010, under Sections 307, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 25/27 Arms Act, P.S. Dankaur, district Gautam Budh Nagar be ordered to be considered expeditiously without unnecessary delay by the court below.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA this application is disposed off with a direction that if the applicants surrender within two weeks from today their bail application shall be decided as expeditiously as possible without unnecessary delay and if possible on the same day after giving opportunity to the prosecution in the aforesaid crime number for the aforesaid offences.
With the aforesaid direction this application is finally disposed off. Order Date :- 28.6.2010 R.C.
