Learned APP Ms.Calla submits that the committal order is passed and the sessions case is also numbered. In view of this, Sessions Court is directed to dispose of the sessions case arising out of C.R.I-91 of 2010 registered with Panchkoshi `B' Division Police Station, Jamnagar as early as possible.
