Notice on behalf of respondent no. 1 and 2 has been accepted by Sri Uma Nath Pandey. Notice on behalf of respondent no. 3 and 5 has been accepted by Standing Counsel, respondent no. 4 is represented by Sri Anurag Khanna.
Issue Notice to respondent no. 6 fixing 28th July, 2010 as the date steps be taken within three days by speed post. All the respondents may file counter affidavit by the next date. List on the next date fixed.
On examination of the prayer made in the writ petition, we are of the considered opinion that the order of the Hon'ble Single Judge is wholly outside the scope of the writ petition. Such interim order can not be granted which had not been asked for or was outside the scope of the writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid, we stay the operation of the impugned order dated 18.06.2010 passed in writ petition no. 35808 of 2010 in the further orders.
