The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 81 of 1986 within a stipulated period.
Counsel for the petitioners points out that issues have not been framed so far, though the suit is of the year 1986.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
