JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.K.V.Shelat, learned advocate for the petitioners. It is submitted by him that the impugned order of Gujarat Revenue Tribunal dated 27.07.2011, has been passed against a dead person, Chhanabhai Manilal Patel, without bringing the petitioners, who are his heirs and legal representatives on the record of the case.
Issue Notice returnable on 01.03.2012.
Status-quo, as it exists today, qua the land in question, shall be maintained till then.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
