Mr.K.V.Shelat, learned advocate for the petitioners, submits that though it has been endorsed on the Board that Notice issued to respondent No.3 could not be served as the said respondent has left the place, upon verification, it is found that the said respondent still resides at the given address, therefore, fresh Notice be issued and the petitioners may be permitted to serve the said respondent directly.
Issue fresh Notice to respondent No.3, making it returnable on 11.04.2012.
The status-quo order, granted earlier, shall continue till then.
Direct Service of this order is permitted.
