Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing counsel has appeared for the respondents.
The petitioner alleges that he is a scrap dealer and that respondent no. 3 is harassing him. He visits the establishment of the petitioner very frequently and interferes in his business.
The petitioner by means this writ petition wants that a direction be issued to respondents no. 1 and 2 to ensure that the petitioner is not harassed by respondent no. 3.
In case the petitioner is so harassed by respondent no. 3, the proper remedy of the petitioner is to lodge a FIR against him and in case it is not registered, to proceed under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. or alternatively to lodge a complaint with the Magistrate.
In view of the above, we find no substance in this writ petition and it is accordingly dismissed with liberty aforesaid.
