Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.
The present transfer application has been filed to transfer the Case no. 1954 of 2006 (Smt. Radha Rani vs. Daya Shankar Tiwari and others) pending in the court of A.C.J.M. Bhadohi from district Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi to equal and competent jurisdiction of district Allahabad or some other district having equal and competent jurisdiction.
After arguing at some length learned counsel for the applicant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present transfer application.
The transfer application is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, considering the fact that case against the applicant and other accused, who is not party to the present transfer application, are facing trial since 2006 in Case no. 1954 of 2006 (Smt. Radha Rani vs. Daya Shankar Tiwari and others) pending in the court of A.C.J.M. Bhadohi, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of the order on day to day basis.
Office is directed to communicate the order to the concerned court within 24 hours.
