1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Smt. Kalpana and Vishal, seeking anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. 5788 of 2018, under Sections- 354A, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station - Sadar Bazar, District - Agra, during pendency of trial.
3. In view of the fact that the applicants have earlier approached this Court in Application U/S 482 No.28506 of 2019 which was disposed of vide order dated 22.08.2019 requiring the applicants to appear before the court below and further applicants have not complied the aforesaid order, no room exists of any discretion in favour of the applicant.
4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected, leaving it open to the applicants to apply for regular bail, which application when filed may be considered on its own merit as expeditiously as possible, without being prejudiced by any observation made in this order.
