JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and hence the same may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made endorsements to the said effect.
2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
