Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A and perused the record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner issuing a writ order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus to direct the opposite parties no. 2 to 4 to produce the detenue Kalpana Rawat before this Court as she is illegally detained by them.
Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite party no.1.
In view of the above, petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) within a period of ten days from today towards expenses of the opposite parties which shall be paid by the Senior Registrar of this Court to them on the date they appear before this Court.
Issue notice to opposite parties no. 2 to 4 to produce the detenue Kalpana Rawat before this Court on 11.04.2016.
In case aforementioned expenses are not deposited then the notice shall not be issued to the opposite parties.
