During the course of hearing, when it was pointed out as to how the Writ Petition of this nature is maintainable before this Court, the learned counsel immediately sought for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the same.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitoner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
