Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Kallu Yadav, Ram Ashish, Sonu Yadav, Jhingai, Chhotu Yadav, Tripuari Yadav and Rishal Yadav, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.0172 of 2019, under Sections-147, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (Da) and 3(1) (Dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station-Khutahan, District-Jaunpur, during pendency of trial.
The allegation against the applicants that they are stopped the marriage procession and beaten the bridegroom. It is also alleged that caste related abuses were hurled by the applicants in full public view.
It is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, rejected.
