Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri N.K. Verma, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 01.09.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 1402 of 2018, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 308 IPC, Police Station-Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has not annexed the copy of the medical examination report of the injured.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition annexing the copy of the medical examination report.
