1. Heard Sri Birendra Singh, learned Counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
2. Pursuant to this Court's order dated 21.02.2019, Sri Sanjay Gupta (respondent 4) is present and has filed his personal affidavit stating that he has not done anything in the matter and has already been transferred on 21.02.2019, and presently he is posted as Station House Officer, Mohammadpur Painsa, District Kaushambi.
3. Since the entire writ petition is founded on the allegations made against respondent 4 who was posted as Station House Officer, Paschim Sharira, District Kaushambi and now has been transferred. Counsel for petitioner could not dispute that writ petition as stands on date, has rendered infructuous.
4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
5. Personal appearance of Sri Sanjay Gupta is dispensed with.
