JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri N.K.Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri M.N.Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party jointly stated that the order passed by this Court dated 7.8.2013 in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 43077 of 2013 (Kallu vs. State of U.P. and others) and the order dated 6.3.2014 in Contempt Applicatin (Civil) No. 1588 of 2014 have been complied with.
No case for willful disobedience of the order of this Court has been made out. The contempt appliction is dismissed. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
