JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Yogesh Kesarwani, Advocate, has filed caveat on behalf of respondent no. 4.
He prays for and is granted 4 weeks to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have 2 weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
List immediately after the expiry of the aforesaid period.
Learned counsel for the caveator states that the order impugned has been given effect to on the spot and the possession is no longer with the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent may demolish the property in dispure.
In view of the rival submissions, it is provided that till the next date of listing, respondents may not demolish the house in question.
