JUDGMENT / ORDER

As per Office report dated 27.8.2019 service of card notice upon sole respondent is sufficient.
No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Earlier counsel, B.R. Tripathi has died and no other counsel has put in appearance thereafter.
Mr. Surya Kant Singh, learned counsel for respondent informs that the sole respondent has also died.
In view of above, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
