Hon'ble Pankaj Naqvi,J.
Heard Sri Tripurari Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, the learned Standing Counsel.

The learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if an appropriate direction is issued to the respondent concerned.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall not be dispossessed / evicted from the plot in dispute except in accordance with law.
