Heard Sri S.R. Verma, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Amit Sinha, learned A.G.A. for the respondents.
In this application under Section 482 Cr. P.C., several reliefs have been prayed but the counsel submits that he is confining his argument to the relief that non-bailable warrants issued against the applicant may not be given effect to for a limited period. He submits that applicant has no intention to run away from the trial but in the peculiar facts and circumstances, he shall not be arrested.
State counsel has no objection to this proposition.
This application is disposed of permitting the applicant to appear before the court below on or before 24.06.2009. Till 24.06.2019, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant.
It is further directed that in the eventuality of filing appropriate application by the applicant, the trial court shall decide the same on the same day and the trial court shall also consider the background of the case.
