Mohammad Zaid, learned counsel for the applicant submits that instead of filing criminal revision, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed and prays that the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file criminal revision.
In view of above, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a criminal revision, if so advised.
