Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. Nil of 2010 The words "under sections 452, 323, 342, 504, 506, 376 IPC and section 3/2/5 SC/ST Act" occurring in the third and fourth lines of fourth paragraph of the order dated 27.11.2009 shall be read as "under sections 452, 323, 342/34, 504, 506(ii), 376 IPC and section 3(2)(5) S.C./S.T.Act". The order dated 27.11.2009 stands corrected to the extent indicated above. This correction application is disposed of accordingly.
