This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of charge sheet dated 14.4.2019 and cognizance order dated 25.5.2019 as well as the entire proceedings of Case No.2216 of 2019 (State vs. Kallu Khangar) arising out of Case Crime No.0018 of 2019, under sections 387, 447, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Jakhlaun, District- Lalitpur, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalitpur.
Heard applicant's counsel and learned AGA. Entire record has been perused.
This application is not maintainable for the simple reason that charge-sheet has been challenged but the material of investigation on the basis of which the charge-sheet has been submitted has not been annexed along with the application. In the absence of complete record, this Court is not in a position to assess the validity of the submission of charge-sheet.
The application therefore stands dismissed as not maintainable.
