This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P.No.137/2014 pending before the Family Court, Kannur transferred to Family Court, Wayanad. 2. Suffice to say that, the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent fell into disarray and became bitter giving rise to the respondent instituting O.S.No.137/2014 for restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court, Kannur.
3. The petitioner points out that she is residing at Wayanad and she has a three year old child and she finds it extremely difficult to go over to Kannur to attend the case. She also points out that there is nobody to accompany her and she has financial difficulties. She further points out that she is working as a housemaid and she gets only a meager income from it. Under these circumstances, she prays for transfer of the case.

4. Though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no appearance for him and no objection has been filed.
Taking note of the circumstances made mention of in the petition and also the fact that there is no objection on the side of the respondent, this petition is allowed and O.P.No.137/2014 pending before the Family Court, Kannur shall stand transferred to Family Court, Wayanad.
